Every cat deserves a safe place to meow!

Our Mission

Rescue
Bringing stray and abandoned cats into safe care across Greater Darwin & Palmerston, starting with health checks and a soft landing.
Rehabilitate
Vet care, desexing and parasite treatment, plus foster-home TLC and gentle socialisation to help every cat heal and thrive.
Rehome
Careful matching, meet-and-greets and indoor-only adoptions to place each cat with the right family, with support after adoption.
Educate
Practical advice and community outreach on responsible cat care, desexing and microchipping, and wildlife-friendly, indoor living.

The process was so easy, while they still made sure all Safety and Needs are met for the kitten. I can only recommend A Safe Place for Meow Inc and their Foster Team. Watch these legends, they suck you in first it’s one beautiful cat then another!!!! The volunteers are beautiful people that care so much for these cats and check in to see how you are going with them. The only place I’d adopt a furrbaby!!!
