We don't have set opening hours, as we're a volunteer-run rescue. Visits are by appointment only, and many of our cats can also be met at our monthly Adoption Days.
A Safe Place for Meow is run entirely by volunteers, many of whom have jobs, families, and cats of their own. Because of this, we aren't always available to take calls. The best way to contact us is by email or through our social media pages, and one of our volunteers will get back to you as soon as possible.
Our cats live in foster homes, so we don't offer walk-in visits. To meet a cat, attend one of our Adoption Days or contact us to arrange a meet-and-greet.
We primarily accept surrenders for cats originally adopted through A Safe Place for Meow. As a small volunteer-run rescue, our spaces are limited and we focus on helping stray and abandoned cats.
We're unable to take in found cats. If you've found a cat, please visit a local vet to have them scanned for a microchip and receive advice on the next steps.
